Winter times on Bahrain are faster than on GP weekend because it is hotter on april than in february

Software issues and a broken battery pack that had to be replaced [one of the connectors either fails or allows too much/not enough current through] at Lotus. And a red flag caused by Toro Rosso (AMuS)

Do fuel flow restrictions apply during this test?
I am speaking of 100kg/hr fuel RATE of flow limit?

Anyone?

No; teams can run perfectly with illegal cars (all those sensors infact are also illegal). However, I don't see the point of running more then 100kg/h rate.

Probably not, dunno ... but why would they NOT drive with the restriction if they were allowed? It would undermine the idea of the whole test^^

This is starting to look disastrous for red bull and perhaps also in extent to all renault teams. If they can't run long stints without breaking down by now it means they will alteast start the season being on the backfoot.

I would guess, that until the "powertrain" specification is NOT homologated and "frozen", the teams should be given some leeway to experiment in quest to optimize their operating specifications.

Even after homologation they can do whatever they want during the tests and free practices (well, there are some rules being applied for free practice...)

the point possibily is not for the teams, is for ferrari fun that hope mercedes engines are running over the fuel limitations :)

Hmmmm Looks like his back wheels locked up? Bits of what i assume is rubber, and tyre marks arround the car looks like he hed a spin and the back wheels locked, but what caused it and meant he couldnt drive the car any more?

this one you can see the smoke coming from exhaust, id say engine went causing wheels to lock up maybe??

Is that a flatspot? Or just complete damage to the tyre?
