Bit of both I think, or it could be a vestigual keel, just in case the zero keel suspension setup didnt perform well

I wonder why the transition from the underside of the nose to the monococe is not very smooth.
It's the same at the McLarens.

It may also be a slip angle sensor, especially if that is the Friday driver's car.
