Wouldn't the yellow become that bluish purple color ING uses?

The yellow is actually the Renault colour.
AFAIK, ING is all orange (as a lot of dutch firms are).

Blue is Mild Seven color and yellow is Renault racing color. Yellow will either dissapear from new livery or be as it is.

aye. but their current colour combo works really fine and is identificable even as a brand now, so maybe I thought that they might go ferrari-marlboro way and change slightly the colour hue.

That's exactly why I think the whole livery scheme will be changed, zen. ING is not going to want to pay title sponsorship money to a team that people identify as a different brand. ING will want people to think ING when they see the Renault F1 car.

I think that's good, too. Renault would officially have the ugliest car on the track if they tried to integrate orange, blue and yellow. I mean, ugh. That's why I asked earlier if the yellow should be bluish purple, as it would look much better.

Add to that some swashes of sky blue, and it would be perfect.

But if they go orange they'll look like the Spykers. But i think any change from the normal plain boring colours most teams have would be welcome.

I was actually unhappy even with this livery because people were still mixing Renault with Benetton....and I hated that to be honest.
I would be the happiest if Renault returns their yellow-white livery from the eighties...they also had that sheme in the winter testing period in 2002
