Don't worry checkered, if a driver is replaced your team is automatically updated. It happened to me with Montoya/de la Rosa.
I think I just got lucky this race. One ferrari out and both Red Bulls up there. This will not happen again.
Well, my wisetech is back to top30.

Doin' well, considering

I've got very little experience of this league stuff.

Score 5220
League position 515/18037 (an improvement of 89 places)
Turkey GP score 486

Very close to regaining a place in the top 500, something that I'd be more than satisfied with. And speaking of that, F1Technical as a whole is represented very well indeed.

Wisetech is in a league of his own, still, challenging for overall top spots (Pos. 49). 4/21 F1T members are in the top 500 currently, and by the looks of it at least four more (me included) have a good chance of making the cut too. The battle for 2nd in our mini league seems to be pretty tight. I have every intention of putting some "brotherly" pressure on everyone in front of me. 8)

The "average" F1T member position in the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Grand Prix League is currently 4454/18037, that puts the F1T joint effort in the top fourth of all players.

Oh, snap! I've slipped

down to pos. 624 ... looking at points, though, it's not so bad. The current top 500 cutoff is 5697 pts, and my score is just 32 pts short of that. It's getting crowded in there!

Little extra excitement since the last transfer window is now open ... until Fri 14th, 1800 GMT. That doesn't leave much time to reflect on the "Paris GP" (otherwise known as the extraordinary meeting of the WMSC) and its ramifications on the McLaren GP League.

I only hope there is one after Thursday the 13th.

I went for the gamble, (I keep missing the windows) replaced Rubens with Nick and Ferrari with Mclaren. I hope the case goes in their favour now.

It has been all downhill for me since I missed the previous transfer window. Kinda lost most of the interest too while it happened. :?

That was the worst race of my team - only 401 points. As a result I lost my 2nd place to pRo :(

pRo is faring

very well in absentia. Tragicomical as his last post on this thread was a lamentation about "going downhill" - he has a real chance of winning our mini league! Meh, I dropped 40 places overall, but it must be because so many people have the same score. I'm only 39 pts short of Top 500 and still hoping to get in there. This time, having Vettel, Rosberg, Wurz, Heidfeld etc. did me no favours. Hopefully they were all fired up by their adversities and will proceed to prove that they can do better in the remaining races.

Had a pretty poor race scorewise too, but I still managed to improve ~50 places in the global ranking because most people up there had equally poor races :).
Closing in on the top 250 now, and I'd be happy if I can stick to my 4th in the minileague.

Wow, where did I come from? :) Got myself into top 250 global too.
Another relatively mediocre score, but apparently sufficient to hang on, at least in the short term. Brazil could get interesting.

Well, currently I'm

in my target range, the top 500. I'm afraid it's not going to last, though, only 7 points separates me from the 500th and I'm afraid either the Ferraris' or the McLarens' race will end up in DNFs (all or nothing, eh?) in which case the score from Interlagos will be nothing to brag about.

Score: 6985
Position: 468/18275 (it's tighter around the below 400s than at the very top)
Position change: +187
Last race score: 448

Thanks for the

season, one and all. Mine ended on a high, even if there was a lot of luck involved.

Top Brazil Scores

launch control 523
fantastic 523
Bobs flyers 2 523
Banana Racing Team 523

Since the last race of the season tends to be somewhat "special", being the top overall scorer here kinda proves that my choices weren't the best possible as far as the whole season goes. My faith in Renault certainly wasn't rewarded (obviously not a good choice on 20/20 hindsight) and transfer windows became more of an exercise in damage control than strategy. Still, I'll take it. I'm in the top 500, which was my goal, as well as in the top 5 in our mini league, also something I thought possible. Chances are I won't experience a season as good as this, mistakes and all, very soon again.

Score: 7514
Position: 347/18371 (within top 2%)
Position Change: +121
Last Race Score: 529
Best Race Score: Brazil - 529

Congratulations to
