I would expect it's been done before involving the same nationality... Hill, Clark and Lotus? I can't think of exactly when though.
Must have happened in 1995 with Coulthard/Hill/Williams.
If you expand the "England" to "Britain" certainly – but then yeh, the nationality is British, not English.

Luckily, all people living/born in Scotland or England gain British nationality. So yes, they all come from the same nation.

Very true, I wouldnt count DC & Hill though as DC and Hill are from different countries?
