Willi Weber, Michael Schumacher's manager, has been found guilty of improperly moving money and assets from his company Pole Position Marketing, which is involved in licensing official Schumacher merchandise, before declaring it insolvent. Weber has been sentenced to a term of one-year probation and a €720.000 fine.
