David Coulthard, who retired from Formula One after the final race of the season at Brazil, was honoured with a special trophy at the Autosport Awards yesterday evening. The award was presented by Jenson Button. Coulthard received the trophy 20 years after he won the inaugural McLaren Autosport BRDC Award for young drivers.
