Alonso at McLaren Technology Centre
On Monday 8th January Double World Champion Fernando Alonso made his first visit to the McLaren Technology Centre as a Vodafone McLaren Mercedes driver. Fernando spent time working with the engineers, having a final seat fitting as well as taking part in a simulation programme - all in preparation for when the team's 2007 testing programme commences later this month. The Vodafone McLaren Mercedes MP4-22 will be launched on Monday 15th January 2007 in Valencia, Spain where all the team's drivers will be present.
