Three more national motor racing bodies have distanced themselves from FIA President Max Mosley. The Automobile Association in New Zealand has retracted an invitation for Mosley to visit the country later this year. The Canadian Automobile Association has asked Mosley to resign and the Austrian body declared that it will be very difficult for Mosley to continue as President.

Spokesperson Greg Hutning of the Automobile Association in New Zealand declared that the AA asked Mosley not to visit the transport and environment summit in June: "I wrote to him late last week suggesting it might not be possible under the circumstances. On the same day I received a note from him saying he regretted not being able to attend."

Tim Shearman, President of the Canadian Automobile Association, has written a letter to Max Mosley to ask for his resignation.

Hans Peter Halouska, Secretary General of the Osterreichische Automobil, Motorrad und Touring Club said to newspaper 'Vorarlberger Nachrichten': "I fear that it will now be difficult for Mosley to exercise his duties."
