According to the rumours in the paddock, Sebastian Vettel will, later today, be confirmed as Red Bull Racing's second driver for the 2009 season. The news comes only 2 weeks after the retirement announcement of David Coulthard at Silverstone. During the British GP weekend, Mark Webber also confirmed that he has signed a new contract with the Milton Keynes-based outfit.
