Nose cone

The nose cone and front wing play a vital role in order to guide the air flow to the next section of formula one car's body. All those formula one team has a different design of nose cone and front wing even they look similar. They have a different design to guide the direction and speed of air flow to the rest entire body of the car. I had notice, some team has a hole at their nose cone. What is main reason to create this kind of hole? Does it has an aerodynamics effect to the car?
