According to several newssites, lewis'fahter is looking to place his son elsewhere after the 'lie-gate' scandal. What do you think, is lewis fed up with mcl or not?

No, it's all posturing. He will stay but if he does he will have to be careful not to cry wolf too often. This isn't the first time that these rumours have been about and for such a short career it has be full of controversy;

McLarengate 1 The ferrari Data Theft (nothing to do with Hamilton)
McLarengate 2 The Alonso Affair
McLarengate 3 I can't tell the truth

He is a great driver but for a 3 season career that's a lot of mud flying about.

But do you still think he is happy within his team? I'm starting to believe that he has lost his mcl love.

After he receives the McLaren F1-LM.

I think he will leave mclaren sooner or later... We've seen a couple of examples like this before, such as michael and renault, and alonso and renault.
The way i look at it now is that Hamilton is just as involved in this scandal as any other mclaren team member, so leaving now would be a very cheap move in my opinion

Just as involved? When Last did he have a say in anything at McLaren? Remember Ron Denis is not so close by anymore.. so he has a whole new crowd to please. Peer pressure.

Hamilton wont leave, he loves it at mclaen because he is held like a little child, same as schumacher was. The team does everything for him, if he wants pink shoelaces instead of black in the shoes of his mechanics the team will do that.

Hamilton has no reason to do that and he simply cant, he has an contract.

it seemed the whole origin of the lewis wanting out story was based on a media fib anyways.

 I don't think Shoey used to do and say everything that the adult people at Maranello told him.

The Ferrari IP leak (it was a leak, not theft - Mike Coughlan didn't wear a ninja costume and go very quietly around Maranello) was not to do with Lewis, and I think fining a team $100M for their rivals being incapable of ensuring that their employees don't photocopy stuff isn't helpful. Besides, they didn't build one part with Ferrari IP, and there were a number of similar leaked documents issues, but hundred million dollar fines weren't slapped around there.

The "Alonso Affair" wasn't to do with Lewis Hamilton or the team, it was just to do with a whinging pillock that couldn't grasp that he was slower than his rookie team mate throwing the toys out the plan. After Alonso's idiotic actions at Hungary most people would have sacked him, I would have.

Don't you think you're opening up a can of worms with that one? I mean, while you are entitled to your opinion, as we all are, you're only resurrecting old topics that really don't have to be discussed here. If you'd have gone on to state something about Lewis staying at Mclaren it might have been a little more constructive.

Back on topic:
Lewis will leave Mclaren at some point I reckon. I just don't thin it will happen anytime soon unless something major (like spygate or liegate) happens again. (and knowing Mclaren that could be in 10years time....or just 10minutes time!)

However I do thinkt here is probably some truth to the idea Anthony Hamilton is looking elsewhere, I don't mean actively, but keeping a watchful eye out for a vacancy...maybe at Brawn? I can only speculate.

I'm guessing that Lewis' father sees this lie-gate scandal (from his viewpoint) as an example of how Mclaren or certain people in Mclaren are manipulating or otherwise influencing Lewis in a negative manner. And as a father who clearly loves and wants the best for his son, he might be looking for a better environment for Lewis to pursue his career in at some point.

However I do feel the likelyhood of Lewis leaving Mclaren at the end of this year as highly unlikely.

Don't think Lewis is staying at Mclaren for sentimental reasons because Ron took him under his wings about 12 years ago. Frank Williams already declared that Lewis and his dad contacted him about 4 years ago because Ron decided to wait another year before making the step to F1 with Lewis.

This clearly is a sign that his career is the only thing that counts no matter what contract he is on or what he owes to some people. The problem is the only place good enough for him would be Ferrari and I can't see him teaming up once again with Fernando who probably will be there for the next 4 years.

@Dukeage or Bo, you don't know Diddley.
