Does anyone know the title of a recent F1 racing game for PC?

I have got gp4 and F1 challenge 99-02 but these are very outdated

yes i know but most of them stopped after 2003/2004
and graphics dont update so games dont look that nice anymoe
and gameplay could improve a lot

I just love Rfactor, you can download the f1 mods from the internet.

And the tracks also, i always practise the circuits they drive on the next weekend on there so i know every corner and where they could overtake!
