Investigation of Kimi at the start of the Hungarian GP

Has anyone heard the outcom of the ivestigation into kimi at the start of the Grand Prix on sunday? I know they were going to investigate it after the race.

Do people think this is fair? Webber hit Rubens and they touched but noone was hurt (apart from hamilton but that wasn't what was being investigated). Kimi hit Vettel and ultimately ended his race.

Not a ferrari conspiracy theory just wanting peoples opinion

Yes, letting Kimi off is fair. Kimi had to move to avoid Webber and in all probability did not see how close Vettel was. It wasn't an intentional collision.

In retrospect, Webber's penalty in Germany was probably unfair. But at the time it looked like it was an intentional collision.
