video of airflow over a wing

i saw on richard hammound programme about airflow over wings on the airbus a380, now they sprayed a white mist over a wing and showed you the airflow how it seperates and that. is their a video out thier that shows a formula one car in wind tunnel with it showing all the airflow. so i can see real vortexs and how it deflects and goes around the car. i looked youtube but no luck. thanks
