The shark tail fin is connected on the rear wing base via two small holes ( in circles )

I had noticed that. Surely it's designed that way to allow for different wing configurations, where the engine cover would be very close to the minimum drag config of say monza. All other circuits would then require an appropriate connecting plate as seen here.

Red Bull has modyfied their front wing element for Spa. It used to be horizontally more uniform two-piece element. It is now cut with vertical adaptor plate added. The revised inner section should improve airflow to the car's underfloor while the outer section should help to produce more front downforce.

I guess we have a few RB development threads here. Anyways, I also saw there were more front wing flickups that were tried on Vettel's car in P2. They were hard to spot, being just raw CF, but they were on the inside edge of each side of the wing. I haven't found any pics though, yet.

Yes, I am the author of those pics and that technical reviews. Unfortunately there is no English version of those pages yet.

English is not a problem for me as I lived in the USA - so if you would like I could share some info with you here if I have spare time. I can translate whole articles for anyone who would like to publish them on his site (but that would not be just for free). But I would like to post some of my pics along with small description here in English. This forum is great, good job guys! (I am just missing a little bit more posts).

(BTW: We are the leading F1 website (well, we do also car tests, follow GP2, MotoGP , Rally, Indycar - but I am responsible for F1, obviously tech articles) in both Czech and Slovak republic - you can check some technical articles here:

RB5's wront wing in Monza

Spa changes reverted in Italy: they are using horizontally more uniform two-piece element, no cut with vertical adaptor plate here.

Front wing update and wider nose

Red Bull revised their front wing: notice changed footplates, narrower main profile (thus wider endplates) (2) and revised small horizontall plate (3).

As the Singapore's track required more downforce they used wider nose (1).
