Delete if this is a stupid question, but it cant just be me wondering this

What is the deal with Q this year?

3 sessions, driver drop out like before, do as many laps as you want?

Do they qualify on whatever fuel they want?

Anybody in Q3 has to use them exact tyres to start the race?

3 Q's, drivers drop to 17 and 10 for Q2 and Q3 respectively. Low fuel. Q3 drivers must start on same tires as their fastest time was set on.
