Camping at Spa 2010

I'm going to Spa this year for the first time. I will be taking a campervan and was looking at camping there. I see on the Spa website that they charge $168 Euro for this, way dearer than Silverstone at only 35 pound for the 3 days. Has anyone camped there? is there a better option?
