Is it possible to make profile picture clickable - to add an external hyperlink so that click on it opens some other site?

nope, not while Facebook is coded up as it is.

I've asked becaue I've seen some "applications" as they call them, that can be added to insert custom HTML. There is also some "open source" thingy, but I'm really not familiar with FB.
