Ahh yes the Pikes peak.

I played Gran Turismo 2 and this thing was incredible on there. 1100bhp EASY!
Wonder if its as viscous in reality.

Difficult to name one, but I think it would be the Audi Quattro as it was the man who revolutionized the collection point to be the first to use a 4-wheel drive in the competition. Also love the classic lines Escort MkI and Austin Mini.

I have raced and rallied both the mini and the escort.
I also drove a Jensen FF at Santa Pod raceway, I believe that was before the Quattro. Might be the first 4x4 in competition but I doubt it.

Seeing the old Datsun from Mystic brought back some memories, I had a 120Y coupe for road rallies quite a few years ago.

As for the best of all time my favorites are in order Ari Vatanen’s MK2 Escort RS2000, Colin McRea’s 1993 Prodrive Impreza 555, Jimmy McRae’s Rothman’s Manta 400 (although his Chevette HSR was awesome to watch), Kalle Grundel’s RS200 and the best sounding car of all time was Ken Wood’s Golden Wonder 6R4, you could hear it in the forest from over 3 miles away.
