Should Bahrain be reinstated?

With Bahrain now standing down from it's state of emergency, should Bernie take F1 back there this season? There's been speculation on moving some of the GPs around and even cancelling India. Cancelling India seems like complete madness seeing you're irritating an emerging market of a billion people.

Personally I'm not a big fan of the circuit, the races have been mediocre and the whole place seems void of any atmosphere. However the saving grace could be, with this season's rules, a pretty exciting race. Also one more race means more points up for grabs and could add a last bit of excitement to WDC providing it's not already been won by then.
