I picked Whitmarsh as TP because he is a good operator and he is good with politics and a much better people manager than Ron Dennis.

Bob Bell as TD because F1 cars are so aero driven these days that a good TP must have a good understanding of how aerodynamics influence the underlying design of the car. I picked Bell over Symonds purely because of this factor.

Pat Symonds as Director of Engineering because of his experience, track record, and previous relationship with Bob Bell at Renault (though he was Bob Bell's boss).

Ekrem Sami is probably THE most effective fundraiser in F1. No justification required.

Chris Dyer is a competent and effective operator at race weekends and his trackside engineering experience makes him an obvious candidate.

Peter Prodromou...........well I can't get Newey, can I? Prodromou is the next best thing.

Enrique Scalabroni is not a name that would come to mind in an instant. But his forte is design and packaging of mechanical components and I also like some Latin flair in the team's engineering ranks. If I have to get another Englishman, it would be Neil Oatley or Mike Coughlan.
