petrov scored not many points after Heidfelds departure ,I think he is a typical team driver only looking at his teammate and adjusting his level of commitment to his direct opponent/enemy..
to give both drivers the axe is only logical after all..
Read that somewhere? Got anything official to back that statement?yace wrote:they will focus on redbull patnership
There was a headline during the season that Red Bull is now considered the Renault 'factory' team, and not GenniiLotus, IIRC.ced381 wrote:Read that somewhere? Got anything official to back that statement?yace wrote:they will focus on redbull patnership
Put it this way – he's the only driver I've ever seen crash *behind* the place where he started.timbo wrote:WHAT????Trailer23 wrote:Rarely does he have a good start.
What do you mean?beelsebob wrote:Put it this way – he's the only driver I've ever seen crash *behind* the place where he started.timbo wrote:WHAT????Trailer23 wrote:Rarely does he have a good start.
Sorry, was stretching the truth a little, but I mean this (not the crash the video focuses on, the one in the background off the line):timbo wrote:What do you mean?
That would be unexpected.spacer wrote:Martin Brundle just twittered he's expecting Petrov to go to Caterham.
Not terribly unexpected. Caterham seems to be open for any driver other than Trulli, and their supplied by Renault. Petrov raced for Renault, has some money, has talent. It wouldn't surprise me to see him race there. I'm sort of expecting Trulli to race another year, however, and then in 2013, I expect Caterham to bring up one of their drivers in their Young Drivers academy.timbo wrote:That would be unexpected.spacer wrote:Martin Brundle just twittered he's expecting Petrov to go to Caterham.
Well, at least he seems to stay on radar with many teams so far.
