As Promised, here is Update 1 :)

Image
Update 1 with Livery Applied - Livery Done by myself :D

Image

Cutout on floor removed, engine cover refined, mini wing added to rear wing for extra downforce, new endplates (not pictured in update 1 livery image)

Image

Brand New front wing, inspiration taken from redbull RB6 front wing :)

Image

Diffuser shown, endplates extend all the way to diffuser, new cooling hole, its very basic, but it needs to be worked on a bit more :D

Thats all for now 8)

Have you just used aerofoils or semi circles for your wings ?

Wow that nose would bifurcate another car in a crash. Awesome! Awesome livery too, and interesting sidepods. Looking good mate.

Thanks mate, Well It wasnt the intention to slice another car  Just trying to get as much air to the floor of the car :D the sidepods took a while to say the least

Its nice to receive such positive feedback, thankyou very much :D

Here it is Update 2! this is the car I will take to the next text, Image

Here are the updates and why:

New Turning vanes: to help direct more flow around the slim sidepods

New Rear Wing: winglet held by 2 endplates rather than 3 to increase area of wing exposed to the air.

New Engine cover, part 1: The intake, intake higher but slimmer, allowing more clean air to the rear wing

New Engine Cover , part 2: Sharkfin removed due to the fact that it wont be as strcuturally strong as a regular engine cover and the sharkfin will flap around and buffert alot more.

New Barge Boards: Look similar, however they help seal under the nose much better and direct more cleaner air round the slim sidepod shape.

Floor: Cutout returned (ala Mclaren 2009) to get more air under the car to help feed the new diffuser which I will unveil very soon 8)

Suspension isnt my strong point I dont really know loads about it, I'm more focused on the aerodynamics with this car, which is why the front suspension is at such an acute angle
