They didn't show that on Speed. Let me check Sky.

I will be optimistic for ferrari if they show a good race performance tomorrow. Till then everything lies in the balance.

Almost a win, so close :D Shows that the upgrades ARE working...now just push.
I cried like a baby when I saw Alonso win the Malaysian GP. I almost died of happy when he lifted the trophy.

Like you said yesterday, the race is what counts. It's obvious the Ferrari updates have given the team a step forward.

Fernando is atop the WDC with Vettel at 61 points

"Dimwit?" From a Merc fan? Now THAT is irony!

Sorry but, out-performed who? Quali is meaningless: RB and Merc hardly chose to run.

Let the race do the talking.

So now that the race is over, what say you?

Qualifying has been rendered quite moot for teams who don't feel they have legitimate aspirations for pole. Vettel and Kobayashi both sat out Q3 and then finished ahead of their starting positions.

Very good race but I think that for Monaco Ferrari need changes at the rear suspension to get more traction. And the problem is that Gene said no updates will arrive in Monaco so Ferrari fans... get ready to suffer.

To be honest, other than bringing on "super-max-downforce" upgrades such as different wings, there aren't really any regular upgrades you should bring to Monaco. The time gain in Monaco of the driver knowing the car and being confident outweighs the time gain of the upgrades.

interestingly, Alonso was one of the fastest in sector 3, at least during qualifying, and that is the sector with the most braking and tractions demands.

Monaco will also be a good test of the pull rod suspension.

Alonso is now realistically in the title hunt!! i'm not sure ferrari is though..as much as i like Massa and it pains me to say it...if he keeps this form up...the WCC is already dead this year for ferrari

Alonso, suffering at Monaco, I think not.

Massa's not doing himself any favors, but he got hosed today with that penalty.
