The rate of development has been astonishing :)

Did you mean 31st Birthday?

2 at 30 - is good; although I think Vettel might better it before his 30.

He was referring to the number of candles on the cake.

If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.

The Scuderia team has apparently started a video alphabet for F1 terms like brakes, limiter, etc. It's over here, though they are still completing the list.

I have released a similar piece related to aero terms, but those knowledgeable among you would probably not find anything new. I will not charge them for stealing my idea LOL :)

I've been reading Alonso’s comments about the F2012 not being as fast as the other top teams, and the thing about it that bothers me is that Fred has a bad habit of being really honest about such matters. :x :D

What a disastrous qualifying for Ferrari. They just cant seem to nail it over a single lap...and Alonso's straight line speed was looking promising till Button came along... Well, atleast all his rivals barring Kimi are behind him...hope Maldo takes out a couple of the guys starting ahead of Alonso tomorrow..... Its actually getting quite frustrating now...i wonder what Fry and co. do with all the funds. They wont be able to claim any credit if Alonso wins this WDC(which might just happen, but i shudder to think what HAM could have done had his setup been better....being 7.5 tenths off pole is simply not good enough). To add insult to injury, even the Saubers and the Williams appear to be much better. And all this after positive vibes in FP3...

Unless it rains tomorrow or the temperature drops, I can see the Ferrari struggling for a top five finish.

well...i can see ferrari on the podium..actually not ferrari...alonso on the podium....alonso will start 5th cs of maldonado's three place grid penalty....in front of him is perez raikkonen kobayashi and ofc button....i think that he will get perez and kobayashi on the start and the win will be fought for by button and raikkonen

Just remember that Mecca just introduce a huge update recently and also brought quite big updates this weekends so they are expected to be fast and RB8 was never out of contest. But just look what they achieve apart from button, Hamilton, Webber, Vettel all suffered in the qualifying and Webber set to have a grid penalty. so i dont think Ferrari did very poor. Massa should have do better, but as Vettle is 11th so it is quite simple that Massa will be so much behind...... .

Ok seriously NOT VERY BAD for F2012 after a very worried Hungary Gp, expecting much bad but alonso nail it in my opinion and in race there is a realistic opportunities for Alonso to do better, as we know F2012 is much good in race trim then they are in quali trim. Spa always favor the person starting ahead, so in this regards again Alonso is in good position caz Webber, Vettle and Hamilton all of alonso's closest rival starting from behind. So hope for very best ............. :D

And right now interesting news is that Maldonado gets 3 place grid penalty for bloking Nico Hulkenburg. That mean Alonso is promoted to 5th place and Maldonando is just starting ahead of Hamilton.Who know does this means a collision courses........... for both of them .

Seb Vettel promoted to 10th so he can also have fun playing with his closest rival and team mate Webber .......... again some interesting sparkles or another collision courses.............. hope so................... [-o<

@f1.ru...thats all fine and good...but for how much longer can we expect our chief rivals to mess up..Ham nd his unit made a mistake by not electing to go for button's rear wing. Next time around,he just might and we will have a whole raft of cars between HAM and ALO. And i simply cannot understand why McLaren's work-rate is so much better than Ferrari's. We are leading a world championship...so why cant Fry nd co. just act like one?? I am very much disappointed at this...we cant expect lady luck to shine upon ALO all the time. And Maldonado starts alongside him tomorrow, lets just hope he takes out HAM and not ALO....

I don't understand what it is your fustration about.
The team recognized before summer break that all the updates brought until that time didn't work as expected and didn't bring any improved performance to the car but they understood what it was the problem and they were working for a huge update for singapore, words from Dominacelli and Fry.
So as expected they are doing their max until this updates come.
The panic on your comments I will share them after the race, if alonso doesn't finish between the first and 6th or he loose his world championship lead. But at the moment how it stands all big teams have suffered on set ups because of lack of running and Alonso could finish the weekend with even more advantage on points.
Me, I am happy man and still waiting for those updates that alogoc's source has been talking about :? .
