Sauber is very lucky to have a lot of the former BMW facilities including a very accurate wind tunnel. We shall see but considering a new driver lineup including one rookie the car may not be as competitive as it was this year (possibly due to driver lineup experience etc). The Hulk I don't doubt, its Guitierrez (spelling).

Actually - Sauber had those facilities before BMW. It was in fact thanks to those facilities that BMW chose Sauber as the team to buy.

Sauber Built those facilities for their own use BMW joined them if anything Because they have such a good factory.. It's not like it was built and left by BMW.. Hulk is a big boy so the car might suffer a bit and so is Gutierrez two tall drivers are going to hinder the car a little bit compared to Kamui and Perez..... Hulk should be okey Gutierrez is an 'X Factor' we can only hope he can score around the Top 10 mark..

Remains to be seen IMO. Towards the end of the year the FIndia was getting the stronger results - though to be fair I think a part of that was down to a better driver in Hulkenberg. Sauber always seem to start stronger, Force India seems to end stronger.

I worked both ways. Sauber had the wind tunnel and other solid facilities before BMW (part of the reason BMW came in), but BMW also invested heavily and left Sauber in pretty good shape facilities-wise (finances/sponsorship is a different matter). Still kinda miffed Sauber don't build their own gearboxes anymore, but I guess that was a result of BMW walking away and the team was on the brink.

If Hulkenberg has similar pace to Perez and the pecking order isn't too different among teams, since Perez challenged for wins a couple races in 2012 then the team should well be able to do the same in 2013. Here's hoping to at least the same number of podiums!

I think one of the biggest investment BMW made to the factor was the super computer. But in today standard it shouldnt be that super anymore.

In fact they've long since updated that system, in fact they're probably on their third update since "Albert 2"
