A shameless image thread for the enginephiles

All that has to do with the power train, gearbox, clutch, fuels and lubricants, etc. Generally the mechanical side of Formula One.

With a central power take-off just to complete the half-ass effort, while Jackie Oliver thought he finally had made it big,
but in all honesty, Alan Jenkins' FA12 wasn't xactly a gem either, though the antique replacement DFR was an improvement.

The forgotten one;

Brian Hart's 3.5 V10, powering the 1993/94 Jordans, the engine was built on a garden-shed budget, amazingly useful though.

And a beautiful car it was, Gary Anderson's Jordan 193;

On Enrico Benzing’s book “Dall’aerodinamica alla potenza in F1”, p.278, there’s this pic of a Ford V12, but I’m afraid no further info/data.

One other from the museum, with a Turbo 6 & NA 12, 10 & 8 cylinder models...didn't realize that when I took the picture.
