Thanks y'all.
I wasn't going to mention it till I had some real work to do but I kinda let it slip to Ted.
I'm working on the hybrid car which is the yellow/blue one near the end of the first video on the page Ted mentioned http://www.brookesracing.co.uk/.
I'm not sure how many hybrids will enter this year but I'm promised this should be as fast if not faster than the teams other car.

Not entirely sure how much I'm allowed to reveal so I'll leave it at that. Thats all I really understand so far anyway, but I do know that running two very competitive single seater race cars is never cheap and so the uni are trying to spend as little as possible of their own money. Could you please be sure to click some of the google ads (just at random) on the bottom left of the team page as this will generate sponsorship money for the team, without costing you anything. And if you want you can use google search through the website at this link: http://brookesracing.co.uk/s/ which will also go towards the cost.

Thanks for that, I'll let you know more as the season progresses.
