My updated list as of 03/07/2008:

Ferrari: Kimi / Masa
BMW Sauber: Robert / Nick
McLaren: Lewis / Hekki
Red Bull: Webber / Vettel
Toyota: Jarno / (Davidson, Kobyashi or Jenson)
Renault: Alonso / (Jenson or Grosjean)
Williams: Rosberg / Nakajima
Toro Roso: Bourdais / (Someone from GP2, or Nelshino will end up here.)
Honda: Danica / (Dario, Jenson or Sato)
Force India: Fisi / Sutil

Nakajima has failed to impress me, he has been consistently slower than Rosberg which doesn't exactly make him shine. However I DO rate Rosberg highly, he's a very complete and talented driver.

For a complete driver he sure has been making a lot of mistakes recently. I wonder if you would agree with me if I said Hamilton was a complete driver.
