Monkey seat is allowed. Its the beam wing that's gone.

Monkey seat is allowed. Its the beam wing that's gone.

something like this he says, so other common means than the exhaust to seal the diffuser or some sneaky sneaky stuff..?
Keeping the rake surely makes little sense without blowing the exhaust.

I think his answet to the last question is more "I've made cars in the past without EBDs, so i'll do what i did back then".

remember rake keeps the front wing lower as well.

which would shift aero balance forward. It's only good if you have enough rear DF.

Going for rake always makes sense if you still manage to keep the diffusor working. It massively helps in terms of setup variance and therefore rear end traction.

There will be rake. Just not as much as today.

I think the RB10 is going in-wash this year. I imagine the front brake duct vanes will become a big development area next year.

A pretty rough drawing then, FW doesn't look legal neither does the nose.

I don't understand why everyone is drawing coanda exhaust bulges on these. The exhaust being there is banned in the new regs, so there's no benefit to adding that bulge blocking a chunk of the coke bottle.

It's only summers.

I did hear that RBR have done something slightly different to the new nose regs. The guy isn't huge on F1Tech but he said it did look different from Scarb's drawing. We've seen lots of teams run basic launch cars at the first test and I expect this to be even more common while they sort out the engines before homologation which is after the first or second test I believe.

I've also heard the RB10 will have a different nose to my drawing and it is a solution thats been talked about on this forum.
