How to they propose to convert an oscillating bubble into rotational movement? a tiny little crankshaft?

As much as I know there is almost no friction on nano level so I guess they could use any type of transmission from linear to rotary movement.

Check out the gears at the lower pic. Gears as common gears so I guess there can be a crankshaft too.
