Ferrari F10

Do you reckon that engine is in workable conditions? The left exhaust looks totalled. Thanks to my "deep" knowledge of mechanics, I don't know if the engine is tough enough to survive that impact or whether that engine is kaput as well.
I am not amazed by F1 cars in Monaco. I want to see them driving in the A8 highway: Variable radius corners, negative banking, and extreme narrowings that Tilke has never dreamed off. Oh, yes, and "beautiful" weather tops it all.

Wow that is a real mess. Good question on the engine. Id hazard a guess it would be okay but thats just a guess. I still cant believe Massa got away with no penalty if Petrov got one.

Will he need a new chassis, or is it just the sidepods/engine cover which is destroyed. When they talk about the chassis of an F1 car, I'd imagine it's just the core tub the driver sits in... :?:

Need to take a look at Massa's shunt into Liuzzi again, intruiged as to how the engine cover could get ripped apart like that

I'd say that one is written off.

Looking at that F10-284 it lookes wrecked, but by all means may not be. It all depends on how badly damaged the crash structure is.

But it could be that Massa has also destroyed a second tub in the accedent, Liuzzi could have had his VJM/03-01 destroyed as well.

If both cars aint totaled, its a freaking miracle.
