Always dangerous to start from the middle of the grid - Alonso

Another disappointment for Renault F1 Team driver on home soil. After already retiring at the Spanish Grand Prix earlier this season, the Spaniard was forced out of the European race after Nakajima crashed into him at Valencia today.

Fernando Alonso declared to reporters in the paddock: "There's always that danger when you start from the middle of the grid. This time it was Nakajima who crashed into us and that was that."

"Two races in Spain and two retirements. It's very unlucky although this time it wasn't a mechanical problem. Let's hope that we are a bit more lucky at Spa."
