Hamilton learned nothing from his mistakes - Briatore

Renault F1 Team boss Flavio Briatore has expressed some hard words about championship leader Lewis Hamilton. According to the flamboyant Italian, the McLaren driver will once again lose the drivers' crown in the last races of the season.

Flavio Briatore said at Shanghai: "Lewis Hamilton has learned nothing from his mistakes from last season." In 2007, Hamilton lost his championship crown to Kimi Raikkonen in the last two races. Before heading to China and Brazil, Hamilton had a lead of 17 points over Raikkonen, who became champion with 1 point more than Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso.

But, this wasn't the only thing that Briatore had to say about Hamilton. "Somebody has to tell Hamilton that he's a Formula One pilot and not an alien. He's not Mohammed Ali. Hamilton is a young force who still needs to prove his value. He's a good driver, but good drivers take home good results. You have good soccer players who always shoot on the pole, but who never score. Hamilton is just like that, he has never scored before.
