Toro Rosso happy with dry running on third day

F1 Test, Algarve, Autódromo Internacional do Algarvept

At last, on the third day of this four day test, the rain kept away from southern Portugal, allowing some dry running, with the team cancelling its lunch break to get as much track time as possible.

The track was still a bit damp in the morning, but around midday it was possible to fit slick tyres and serious work could begin, concentrating mainly on suspension systems. This produced positive results, which will be useful for the 2009 car. It was also a good experience for our new driver, as Sebastien was able to complete a high mileage.

The current weather forecast for tomorrow indicates that the rain could return for the final day of the test.
