Decision to dismiss Kolles and Gascoyne was right - Sutil

The dismissal of team principal Colin Kolles and technical boss Mike Gascoyne after a poor 2008 season was the correct thing to do, says Force India driver Adrian Sutil. The team failed to score a single point in their debut season, which led to major changes both in the staff and technical departments.

Sutil told the official F1 site: "There were quite a few problems at the end of last season and the team decided to sort out those problems, and made the decision to make a new start without Colin Kolles and Mike Gascoyne."

"The atmosphere is very good so obviously the decision was right - it helped us."

Sutil raced with Kolles F3 team back in 2004, but adds, "Formula One changes so I think it was the right decision."
