Ferrari takes the FIA to court over proposed regulations

By on

Ferrari are due back in court once again, this time around they are demanding that the FIA not go through with the proposed regulations for the 2010 season, and that they remove all signs of those propositions from their official website. And the FIA and FOTA didn't come to an agreement today regarding those regulations, which is what led the Scuderia to take legal action.

Emmanuel Gaillard, Ferrari's attorney commented, "We have to register between May 22nd and 29th and that means accepting the new rules, but these rules do not conform with the commitments taken in regards to Ferrari. We had no other choice."

The court date is set for May 19th.
