Australian GP winner Kimi Raikkonen has taken the top spot in the second free practice of the weekend, after a day of mixed weather conditions and massive tyre degradation. Following the Lotus driver were the Red Bull and Ferrari of Sebastian Vettel and Felipe Massa, respectively.

The top times were all set on the medium tyre just before rain showers at Sepang started. Performance levels are however starting to show, with Lotus, Red Bull Racing and Ferrari placing all their cars in the top 6. Mercedes AMG is behind them with Force India again in the mix, similar to Melbourne.
