Simscale publishes aero analysis of Perrinn F1 car

By on

Having already done a 5-part free workshop earlier this year, Simscale is starting another workshop series, this time enabling people to perform three aerodynamic simulations of a Formula One car model.

The workshop intends to provide an insight into F1 aerodynamics with three ready-to-run aerodynamic simulations of the Perrinn F1 car, which can be started with a single click in the web-based simulation platform.

Compared to the previous F1 workshop series which was about simulation in general and how to set-up different engineering simulations on SimScale, the current one has a clear focus on F1 aerodynamics and result analysis.

In addition participants will have to opportunity to join a weekly webinar with Nicolas Perrinn (former race engineer and aerodynamicist at Williams F1) who will show how to interpret the simulation results and answer all the questions the participants may have.

To take part, create a free Simscale account and sign up for the course on www.simscale.com/f1.
