We will continue taking risks - Schumi

Great sports stars are able to put setbacks behind them better than others. Without this capacity, and it is no secret, they would not be successful and able to reverse difficult situations. This is exactly what Michael intends to do in the final four races.

"Okay, the Istanbul race did not go our way in terms of the championship. Now things have become tougher", explained a determined Michael Schumacher. "However, anyone thinking that we would hide our heads in the sand would be very wrong. We are still going for the title and this is the desire of each and every one of us. There are still 40 points up for grabs and so it is a possibility.

We will continue attacking, putting on the pressure and taking risks as this is the only tactic possible. I don't usually like making promises but I would like to make just one: we will continue doing all that we can to take the title". The fact that Ferrari, after its fine showing in Turkey, has closed the gap in the Constructors' championship has helped Michael to overcome the delusion. "This should not be undervalued, neither should Felipe's performance. He raced excellently and I want to congratulate him once more. He truly deserved the win". Today the seven time world champion is taking a break to recharge his batteries, important for any athlete. Tomorrow he will head to Monza to practise on Wednesday and Thursday ahead of the GP of Italy. Before the race, Michael will head to the Nuerburgring, where the Ferrari Racing Days event will be held this weekend. Michael promises the fans a spectacular Sunday: "These are the dates that I love: lots of cars and action and a huge crowd. I am sure it will be an enjoyable day and I hope we will have fun".
