On 27th May, Nick Heidfeld and Robert Kubica will compete in the Monaco Grand Prix. Nick is particularly looking forward to this event since the race in the Principality compares to none other according to the German driver.

"The sensation of racing flat out around the city's narrow streets with hardly an inch to spare on either side is absolutely unique," says Heidfeld. "The rush you get is unbelievable. The soundtrack is phenomenal and the spectators lining the circuit get a real impression of the speed and noise of the event. The whole city seems to vibrate - even into the night, when the drivers are tucked up in bed. I lived in Monaco for a few years and always enjoy coming back."

This year, the pinnacle of motor racing visits the spectacular venue for the 54th time. The drivers await twelve left and seven right corners at the 3.340-kilometre circuit. In the narrow streets of Monaco total concentration and a very precise driving style are necessary in order to be successful.

Next to the unique challenge for the participating drivers, the race in the Principality also offers the spectators an incomparable experience. No other race attracts as many celebrities, as much glamour and exclusivity.
