As it finally calmed down around the sabotage and espionage matter in Formula One, today we received news about both cases. As the FIA received new information in the espionage case, the Court of Appeal has been scratched of the agenda and this while today, an Italian magistrate declared that he has 'reasonable proof' that Nigel Stepney is involved in the sabotage attempt before the Monaco GP.

Today, magistrate Guiseppe Tibis was quoted by newspaper 'The Guardian': "We have reasonable proof that Stepney was involved in this. We found powder in the fuel, while such a modest quantity was found on the trousers that I was concerned about destroying evidence and am asking for a further study to be undertaken by a judge."
