Vijay Mallya, the new owner of the Spyker F1 Team, has declared to Dutch magazine 'formule1 Racereport' that beside Adrian Sutil also Roldan Rodriguez has a contract for 2008. According to Mallay, the contract with Rodriguez was signed before he got involved in the team, but he promises to respect the contract. But before driving for Spyker, Rodriguez will have to get his Superlicense during winter testing.

In meantime, Adrian Sutil is looking into the other possibilities he has for next season. Although he has a contract with Spyker for 2008, a lot of other teams are interested in the young German. His manager Manfred Zimmerman declared: "There is a lot of interest in Adrian. It is good to have the certainty of a contract with Spyker, but you can't blame us for looking at other possibilities."
