The silly season keeps on going in Formula One. According to the Swiss publication 'Motorsport Aktuell', David Coulthard, Sebastian Vettel and Nelson Piquet Jr. would swap seats after this weekend's Canadian Grand Prix.

According to the publication, David Coulthard would move to the Renault-seat of Nelson Piquet Jr. The Brazilian would be placed in the Toro Rosso of Sebastian Vettel who would take over the empty Red Bull seat of Coulthard.

The swap could be a good thing for Nelson Piquet Jr. as he would be able to develop in a lower-pressure environment. According to the report of 'Motorsport Aktuell', Vettel and Piquet will stay in their new seats in 2009 as Coulthard would retire.
