Especially if this is a conservative attempt at the first one. You know your points(I hope), you know your wheel bearing size, you know the brake system you are using and you know how much space you have inside the wheel. Just draw something and connect the dot first, then think about optimizing it. That way at least you'll have something....
You shouldn't be designing upright anyway unless you have most if not all of those somewhat defined....
