I have a suspicion they will improve, for several reasons:
i) unlike everyone else, their car seems completely devoid of aerodynamic bodywork at the back of the car, no monkey seat, no frills.
ii) they say they have only been testing electronics and engine settings, and under James Allison they have been very methodical this year during testing, keeping their head under the radar, their engine is also very very fast.
iii) they have been working on their car from early last year I believe, so to come with a package that is very stripped down doesn't make sense
