Mercedes continue to dominate in final practice

Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg continued to lead the field in the third and final practice session ahead of today's qualifying for the Italian Grand Prix. Both Mercedes drivers were clearly ahead of the rest, with the fastest Ferrari nearly a second off the pace.

The Williams drivers made their team third best today. Their race pace during longer runs on Friday already suggested this, but their hot laps failed to materialise, contrary to today. Both were ahead of the closely matched Red Bull duo, followed by Perez and Gutierrez who completed the top 10.
