Toro Rosso driver Sebastian Vettel has been driving for the Red Bull Racing Team today as he filled in for an injured David Coulthard. Coulthard tweaked his neck yesterday and he had to rest to prevent further damage. The Scotsman will undergo treatment on his neck and shoulder today with the intention of returning to action tomorrow
