F1 teams don't reach agreement on KERS-delay

During a meeting today in the Toyota motor home at Hungaroring, the F1 teams failed to come to an agreement to delay the introduction of the Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS). Six of the ten Formula One teams voted to establish a gentleman's agreement to voluntarily delay the introduction of KERS until 2010, however a majority of seven votes is necessary.
